I love this place, I love the the mechanics and all the hard efforts they make to satisfy their customers. It should be like Burger King you can have it your way because that's exactly how you are being treated. They care for you and the work they are doing for you. I felt extremely special and comfortable leaving my car with them. Steven is so awesome, he doesn't talk much that's cause he uses his brain to think and think about the best solution to getting your car fixed. This is the best place I have ever taking any of my cars for work. They are awesome. Jay& his wife has a excellent team. more

My experience was good 5/14/2012

I had a blow out on the road last week and the tow truck took my car to Precision Tune. Not only did they replace my tire at a very reasonable price but they also pointed out that I have some auto body damage from the wreck that I had not noticed. They referred me to another guy to fix the damage and he did a great job too. A really bad experience turned out to be not so bad. I am glad the tow truck took me here. Pros: null Cons: null more

Tune up 5/10/2012

As far as mechanics go this wasn't so bad. After many bad experiences with mechanics it was actually a relief to get a tune-up and not have anything mess up soon after. They did the work and they didn't take forever and everything still works. I would use them again. Pros: null Cons: null more

too much upselling 3/23/2012

I went there at the beginning of the month. They tried to sell me everything they could. They advertised one price then when they had changed my oil they said they had to up the price because my jeep took more then the standard amount. Of course they couldn't tell me that before hand. Then they tried to tell me I needed new brakes and fluid. I took my jeep to Goodyear's after that for them to check it and everything was ok. Plus Goodyears will check your battery for free.
