CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!! 9/13/2012

I took my 2010 Aveo in for the regular oil change advertised at 19.90 it turns out my car is 33.30. Okay I hear a noise when I get home drive it back the next day to find out the radiator hose is in my fan. Jeff says it was like that when I brought it in. NOT but they do me a "favor" and replace the hose. They order the wrong hose and won't pay to have it overnighted again. He splices the hose and wants me to bring it back in a week and he'll have the right hose. 3 days with out my car a $40 cab ride home and no refund or apology. 3 customers were in complaining with in the 1&1/2 hour wait for the inital damage. CUSTOMER BEWARE !!!!!!!!! more

DO NOT use these guys. I went in for an oil change on my 2010 Aveo, the technician some how got my radiator hose in my fan and I was forced to take a $40.00 cab home. I have been without my car for 3 days for a $33.30 oil change advertised at $19.90. Never once offered an apology or a refund, or compensation for the cab ride or being without my car. $70.00 and 3 days for an oil change here........ more
