Horrible experience. Purchased a watch for our son as a Christmas present. A couple days ago the band split right at the clasp where the pin goes through. Took it to the kiosk and was told that its about a week past the exchange time. She added that its not repairable and he will just have to wear it until it splits the rest of the way and there was nothing they could do. She then handed the watch back to me. I would not purchase anything from them. iIve attempted to contact the corporate office but they have not responded yet.\r
