Precision Screen Graphics

I contracted Precision Screen Graphics to screen $800 worth of T shirts and screening. At the beginning the gentlemen was nice and willing to do anything to please the customer. He said yes yes yes to everything and was very proud of his craft. After he received my $500 deposit, all of a sudden my office was to far to drop the T shirts, which wwe originally agreed. Then when he gave me the bill the cost per T shirt went from the original quote of $6.20 a T shirt to $7.40 when I called him out on it, he had a fit and yelled at me saying the job was a ""bitch"" and he wanted more money. He promised 7 free screen templates, instead he charged $15 per screen another price increase. Then I see the T shirts. Worst finished product I have ever seen, this is not the first time I have purchased T shirts. The T shirt was dark , the logo was a light color. Anybody knows to get a good contrast you must put a layer of white ink on the dark shirt to make a light print come through. This guy was clueless, says his been in the business for awhile.. very doubtful.. Finally this uneducated unprofessionally businness novinst could not produce a receipt! He had a cluttered office and I noticed his receipt protocal was a collectional of napkins with totals. Not kidding. He tried to give me a receipt on a used envelope! This company has a bad rating al over the net. more

I own a lucrative business in Austin, TX. I contracted Larry via phone and placed an order. Simply put Larry Peoples isa grumpy old man, very unapproachable and hard to deal with. The first time I spoke with Larry everything was Yes Yes Yes and we agreed on price. By the end of the job everything he promised, including price and quality changed however my original order did not. Larry cursed @ me and threw stuff in his own office! This is an grumpy old 70 year old man throwing a fit! Their operation is small and cant handle any capacity. He couldnt even produce a reciept. Definitely stay away from Larry Peoples and his sorry excuse for a screen printing business unless you dont mind wanting all summer for a product that is twice the cost you originally planned and you dont mind a grumpy old man yelling @ you. I plan on going to the BBB as well as small claims court. more

Larry and his wife have alway come through for us. There attention to detail and customer service is awsome. I am still wearing shirts they did for us over five years ago. They will always get my business for screen printing and emroidery. more
