GREAT work. 3/10/2011

I called Precision Pointing to get my whole house pointed. Ryan came to see my house two days later to give me a free estimate. They did a phenomenal job with the work on the house. It looks great and it was done a little quicker than expected. After they were done with the work, they cleaned everything up in a timely fashion and did a great job at that too. If i needed any more work done i would go back to them before choosing anyone else. Thank you Ryan and Employee's more

Thief - Do Not use this contractor 8/17/2010

Work was less than agreed to and paid for. Ryan and Jessica said they would be back to finish the job - that was a month ago. They will not return my phone calls. Now I know why contractors get a bad name. I am amazed that these people can sleep at night knowing that they stole from me. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! more

precision pointing and restoration 7/8/2010

I called because i wanted my house spot pointed and needed bricks replaced. Ryan came out and looked and said he would get back to me with an estimate in early June 2010 and never did. I called the office a few times and left a message as i had gotten a few other estimates. They never got back to me, then i called and a message was on their phone they would be out of the office till June 28. Still have not been contacted by them.I went with someone else. After all the glowing reports from everyone, I feel even more snubbed. I thought the behavior was very unprofessional, if he didn't want to do it I felt he should have gotten back to me and said so. Pros: seemed like a nice person Cons: never got back to me more
