Precision Personal Training

I started going to Precision to get help to work out properly so that I would lose some of that ?middle age weight?, I had no idea what a transformation would take place! I lost 15lbs, 2 sizes, and sculpted my body to look better than I did at 38! I am physically stronger than anytime in my life and feel empowered to conquer anything. I can chase my 3yr old grandson all day! Three years later, I still workout at Precision because I love the challenge, the trainers, the facility, and the people I have met there.
