Sweethoney3302, Jlogs and Kathy, I would love for you to contact me directly about your experiences with Precision Northwest. Please call our office number and ask to speak to the owner as I would like to discuss your displeasure. Two of the people mentioned in the reviews no longer work for the company due to their business practices and we do our absolute best to make our customers 100% happy. If you feel you were treated unfairly I would like to do my best to remedy to situation. Again, please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience. I would never threaten by telling them to ""pay up or else""! \r \r Everyone else, please be cautious of what you read about companies because people get fired from companies and try to seek revenge by posting untruths about a company. I agree with the complaints below. Found this company at the Home & Garden show. Did the roof on our home & did a terrible job, came back to fix it once & it is still not right & charged us more than twice what others would of charged. Also was threatened on the phone by the owner and the manager to pay up or else. more

After reading these reviews I was a little tentative to use precision northwest but after doing some price comparisons, they were the cheapest for what I needed. I am glad I didn't listen to the negative comments; the customer service was excellent and they were very courteous to me. I am please with the new sunroom! It took only a day longer than expected due to the weather but that is my only complaint! I would highly recommend them. more

Horrible Co. and customer service 9/11/2011

I would like to give this place ZERO stars! I cannot express my distaste for them enough. I had a horrible experience with a cabinet quote and want to let everyone know not to waste their time with this place!! I came up from out of town (flew) and needed cabinet measurements for a kitchen remodel. I spent a lot of time and effort coordinating this visit and Mike Berg seemed to be helpful at the time. My husband, father and I spent our afternoon with Tim and Tom measuring and planning my new kitchen. When they left they promised a ""blue print"" sketch with dimensions and a itemized list of all cabinets with a quote by the following Monday (Even though I was originally told they would provide a quote that day!) This was a time sensitive project and they were very aware of this. Monday came and no quote...We called and spoke with Mike Berg, then Tim and they both said we would have what we needed the next day, nothing came again....we called many more times and in the end NEVER received a formal bid or any dimensions from them. They gave me an insanely high number over the phone days later and once realized that I thought that was too high said they would work on it and get back to me. I never heard back and they never returned our phone calls. This was a terrible experience and a waste of our time and money. Do yourself a favor and DON'T WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! more

Terrible Customer Service!!! 6/23/2011

I first saw Precision Northwest at the Portland home show and saw there products and thought that they would do a good job and I have talked to a few people and they had said that they were happy with what they had done and I have to say that I had their estimator come out his name was Tim and he couldn't have been any more rude to me. The one thing I can't stand is someone treating me like I'm not as intelligent as a man just because I'm a woman, and that's what this guy did he called me ""kid"" and said ""good job little girl"" \r This is not how we conduct business this time of age. And when I said that my husband was not available to listen to his speech then he just said your waisting my time and picked up his stuff and said I have nothing to say to you anymore and he left my home. I have never had anyone treat me as badly as this guy did and when I called the company to complain they acted like it was my fault and said OH WELL!.Terrible I will never deal with them again and I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. more
