The real deal at an affordable cost 6/17/2013

Having been the recipient of service I didn't want (and didn't need), I was looking for an alternative to service at new car dealers when I happened to notice "Precision Motors" on the license plate frame of an older model BMW. I took a chance, and haven't regretted it. I now get knowledgeable and fast service at a reasonable cost. I get done what is needed on a schedule that is extremely accommodating, basically whenever I want. If there are other things I should be aware of, I'm told of them and how long I likely have before it will be necessary to do something. Perfect! more

There have been times when the parts and service were half the local dealers price. Scott and his team are professional, courtesy and experienced. You will not be disappointed. more

Scott and the gang at Precision Motors are entirely devoted to customer satisfaction. They have same day turnaround for all the services my car has required and has kept to the promise of a 20 minute oil change. All the folks are genuinely personable - not the type thats trying to get your money. I always feel very comfortable there and confident that my car is getting the best attention. I had purchased roof racks for my car and they threw in the install with my rear brakes service which was awesome since they encountered their share of inconvenience with installing the racks. They picked me up at my house to pick up my vehicle. They are all around a very convenient, great service venue for your BMW/Mini motoring needs. I highly recommend them. more

Very nice people. Checked out my car overall for no charge, made a couple of suggestions and did the work. I've come back with a couple of new problems and they've handled everything well. Even got my car washed!! more

I have been going to Precision Motors since 2009 when I moved to Newport Beach. Scott and crew go above and beyond to make sure my needs are fully met. They are wonderful at communicating any issues the car may have, what it will cost, and why the work needs to be done. It is a very comforting feeling knowing that when something wrong happens with the car that Precision Motors is there to help. more

For excellent service on BMWs at reasonable prices, far below dealers, I recommend Precision. Foremost, they do good work, same day, and return the car washed. They decline unnecessary work, having told me that I did not need service that other mechanics said was urgent. Plus, they are pleasant. I frequently recommend them to my friends. more

Been coming to Precision for 10+ years; Always a good experience! 3/18/2013

I have been going to Scott at Precision Motors for at least ten years, with several cars. Whenever my BMW comes off of BMW warranty, I take it to Scott. He takes care of all my car needs (incl new tires) promptly, and reasonably. He never tries to talk me into things I don't need, I trust him, and have nothing but good things to say about Scott and his staff. I would highly recommend! more

The full experience in dealing with the Precion people--i.e. Scott and John--has been positive. They are attentive and responsive, both to my descriptions of car issues, as well as any possible returned work that I am not 100 satisfied with. Professional yet warm atmosphere. Pricing is very fair. Quality of work excellent, and consistent. more

Excellent service for the vehicle and customer. 3/7/2013

I have been going to Precision Motors for 5 years and would not consider going anywhere else. Scott has always been very professional and friendly and super accommodating. The work on the car has always been excellent and I never have felt that I was being given a run-around or inaccurate information or that service was added on that was not needed. I trust Precision Motors completely and would highly recommend them to everyone who needs their BMW or Mini serviced. more

Had a oil leak coming from the valve cover 3/7/2013

Basically my younger brother came in for service abiout a year and half ago, and unfortunately recently I noticed the leak I was almost going to take it somewhere else but I decided to call Scott at Precision and he told me to just simply bring the car back that it was covered so I did he even made work around my busy schedule on top of that washed my car STELLER service. Friendly and Honest more
