I am not sure you can ask more from a high end repair shop! Kyle and team have an established business and have been around for a long time for a good reason.

Great at explaining, very happy overall! 8/16/2016

Precision German Performance BMW are a accommodating company that I have been using recently. They offer a pick up and drop off service afterwards which I made use of; this is a good idea which makes things far easier for me as a customer. Their technicians were very good at explaining the details of the service to me and the reason why they needed to do what they did. They took time to make sure that I understood what they would doing in an attempt to avoid potential confusion. Their prices are good too, I am satisfied with them! more

They did great work at a great price 8/4/2016

I have to say that the guys over at Precision German Performance BMW really took very good care of my car. I was having a few issues and so I took it in to these guys after being recommended by a friend and I am so glad that I did. They were able to figure out exactly what was wrong with my car and told me what they were going to do to fix it as well as how much it would cost. They gave me a good price so I gave them the green light and they got it all fixed up in no time at all. I will definitely be recommending this place to others! more

I went in to Precision German Performance BMW to get an oil change and they were excellent. I've used them several times and they always do great work on my car. Kyle and Ross are trustworthy guys and they'll take care of you and your vehicle. more

He's just been a very personable and honest gentleman that always does what he says he's going to do. 7/14/2016

Kyle at Precision German Performance BMW does a good job and I trust him. What I like about him is that he does a lot work himself and takes responsibility. I have a 2004 BMW X5, and recently there was an engine warning light issue. It turned out to be a thermostat control which he replaced. He also replaced the faceplate on the climate control because the knobs were loose. Everything turned out great, but he needs to do some more work. He took over from another company a couple years ago, and I've been happy with his work. more

Pricey but worth it 7/6/2016

I own two BMW's and for the most part I do a lot of the mechanical work. I only buy parts for my vehicles from Precision German Performance BMW and I've had no problems dealing with their sales staff. The price for upkeeping my cars are really high but the people at Precision German Performance BMW always give me the best price possible, which helps because German car parts in the states are so high. more

Quick oil changes, great service 6/3/2016

I had my oil changed at Precision German Performance BMW and they did a fast, speedy job. They're a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Their mechanics are specialized in BMW's and I was impressed with how quick they did my oil change. I'd go back because of how convenient their service was. more

Great service, a little pricey 5/24/2016

The guys over at Precision German Performance BMW were really great in my experience. From the diagnostic service they provided to the point where I picked my car back up from them they were truly great. I really liked the turnaround time that they had on my car, it was nice not having to wait too long for them to not only tell me what was wrong with my car, but to also fix that problem. The price was a little hefty but not too bad and that is why they did not get a five star in will recommend. Their work is really good though, so I would probably use them again. more

Helpful and capable of getting the job done! 5/12/2016

I have been going to Precision German Performance for years. They have done transmission service, a valve cover gasket, and a crank sensor- repairing and replacing as required. Kay and Ralph are the mechanics and Kyle is the owner. They are all good people and they seem to be honest. They are efficient, they do what they say they are going to do, and I do think they're cost-effective. more

Best BMW shop around. Precision makes me want to always own a BMW!!! Trustworthy and dependable. They never try to do more than is necessary. Amazing customer service. Our family is a raving fan of this place and I tell everyone who drives a BMW to go here. I'm so glad we found this place years ago!!! more

We just started using Precision German Performance BMW recently but we used the company that they bought out so we've been taking our cars to this particular facility for about 15 years. In comparing the services to what it was like before there is no difference, so we continue to trust them. Everything continues to go just fine. more

I have been going to the guys over at Precision German Performance BMW and I keep going back because you do not spend your money at a place where you are unhappy. The guys that work here are great and they take very good care of my car every time that I bring it in. I am always happy and satisfied with the work they do. I could not ask for a better auto shop. more

I have been going to the people over at Precision German Performance BMW for over twenty years and I keep going back because these guys are great. The personalities of the individuals who work here are very pleasant. They are just very pleasant people who do great work on my cars. On the rare occasions that I might have an issue with something, they give me no hassle and just fix the issue I am having. The price is great for what you get and I will continue to use them for even more years to come. more

I have been going over to the guys at Precision German Performance BMW whenever my car has an issue for about ten to twelve years now. These guys do some great work and I have always felt like I am being treated fairly and not being taken advantage of. The mechanics that work here are great guys and they are very knowledgeable and skilled. They always try to find the most cost effective way to do things which both me and my wallet appreciate. They are very reliable and honest and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their BMW. more
