Great service from office staff answering my call who promptly scheduled the service appointment for the sane day. Chewy 2/1/2018

Chewy was great. Called ahead regarding expected time of arrival in the agreed-upon interval. Evaluated the situation quickly (potential repairs vs new installation) and recommended course of action that was appropriate - then got onto the work immediately and had it done within 2-3 hours (beyond expectations that it would be done same day). All delivered in a very courteous, friendly manner. Top-notch! more

Garage Installation 11/8/2016

Our first contact was very professional. We scheduled our job day for Tuesday 11/8 between 12 and 4 but they came in earlier than scheduled which was very good. Even though the color and panels I requested were not available they offered something that We both agreed upon which was very good. They were very friendly and helpful. The installer did a good job and was very efficient and he explained everything to us. I willl definitely refer you to anybody or family and friends. Thank you for my garage door-:) more

The techs arrived within a very short period of time following my call (a courtesy call was provided one-half hour before they arrived). Fast, efficient, courteous and determined to please. Precision Garage Doors Paulino 8/30/2016

Precision's Paulino pointed out a few MORE defects to my garage door (other than the damaged hinge that prompted my call to Precision) before he got to the door. He directed us to the broken spring which we were unaware of, and then proceeded to tell us the various ways he could repair our problem, the cost, and Precision's guarantee. After our choice, Paulino said he could complete the work in one-half hour, and did so. Paulino was very competent, wasted no time, seemed to enjoy the work, and very professional. Other than having to wait till the end of my four hour window for Precision to arrive (a courtesy call would have been appreciated to alleviate my anxiety of waiting), Precision;s Paulino was professional, personable and proficient. more

Precision is excellent. 6/26/2016

I called Precision about a problem with the closing of my garage door. I was impressed with their professional, friendly, prompt service from the initial call to the completion of work. I was amazed by the complete same day service. Their wonderful tech arrived at the appointed time. He explained and showed me the cause of the problem, and explained my options for correction. The agreed upon work was completed within the next hour and a half. The door operates like new. more

So far, extremely pleased! 11/11/2015

Mike R. from precision came out to repair an old garage door that had many problems. It was refreshing to get a rep that was knowledgable, well spoken, and didn't push me in any direction. We came to the conclusion that due to the age and damage, a replacement door would be the best choice and not cost all that much more. I did opt for a few upgrades that obviously did add to the price but I never felt pressured into the decision. The work is scheduled for later in the week, but I have to say that at this point I am extremely happy with my 1st impression. more

Garage Door Repair 9/22/2015

The repair man showed up on-time and gave us the rundown what needed to be repair. Then, he gave us several options, from a basic repair, which just replaced the spring to a better deal that replaced all of the moving parts. We went with the better option since we didn't want any more problems with the door. The repair man finished quickly and even cleaned up the sensors, which was above and beyond our expectations. more

This company had a service person to my home the same day that I called. They even left a confirmation on my email with identifying information about Paulino. He arrived with the time frame promised, identified the problem and repair the door within 40 minutes. He also let me know that more extensive work is needed so that I can budget it for the future. Good service, good job! more
