Precision Eye Care

Very unhappy with this establishment. The little blonde receptionist who was also the optician seemed really put out by my request to have my glasses adjusted after the lenses were installed. She took my glasses, when to a room in the back, returned with them, set them on the counter and turned away. After three attempts, she still didn't get them right and I'll have to go someplace else. They also billed me for something I didn't get so now I have to try to retrieve my money.\r \r Bad news. more

My Daughter was in need of some eye wear. We visited Precision Eye Care because they accept our insurance. We were very pleased with the environment, what they had to offer and the service. The representative was very knowledgeable with product and insurance information. The visit was pleasant and efficient . I would refer friends and family to visit. more

When I found out my son needed glasses I had no idea what I was getting into! I called everywhere in Salt Lake Valley looking for frames small enough for a 1 year old.. VERY discouraging! Nobody had them! When I called Precision Eye Care I was surprised to actually have someone actually say ,""yes they had the perfect frames for a baby!!!"" I went in and the women were so nice and helpful, they showed me frames by Solo Bambinii for babies and told me how great they were... and gave me a really deal, I purchased them and another pair.. now I'm just waiting for them to be done!!! I would really recommend this place to anyone looking for glasses for themselves or their children! Pros: They have childrens frames and will order frames for you Cons: Hard to find more
