Warning, warning! Do Not Hire These People! We hired precision environmental to dry out our house after water damage and kill the mold in our home. Precision did not kill the mold, they won't go back to fix the problem, and they won't even return my phone calls! The reason we opted for the thermapure heat process is that it is supposed to kill the mold in areas that you cannot reach by normal mold remediation. We hired Precision, they heated the house, BUT DID NOT KILL THE MOLD. After a mold sample was taken to test if the mold was dead came back showing the mold is still alive, Precision Environmental will not go back to the house to kill the mold. We paid them the $12,000 in the contract by check which states they are to kill the mold. Stupid me paid them before the test came back showing the mold is still alive, so we are without recourse except to hire an attorney and sue. No one is calling me back from the company, our house is left with mold, it needs to be reconstructed after our flood, and so now we either have to sue or hire someone else to do the job they should have and/ or both! My advice: stay away from these people, or if you do hire them, do not pay them until you know you got what you paid for! It is terrible that people will not make good on a contract! Shame on you Precision! Precision you should read your own contract because it states that whomever loses the case is responsible for the attorney fees of the prevailing party. The attorney I am hiring is $900/hour so in the end it will be much cheaper for Precision to fix the problem NOW than lose in court! The first line in your contract says you will ""kill"" the mold! You did not! more

If I could give them a minus 100 star rating, I would. Their treatment DOES NOT WORK for termites. Period. In spite of their contract, they will only come back and spot treat. They will not retreat with another method that works or reimburse you for their failed service. Since the spot treatment does not work, you are out of luck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are very dishonest. more

We read all the great testimonials about the Therma Heat process of getting rid of bedbugs & their success. The salesman came out real quickly....with a ""sophisticated"" presentation & 100% guarantee. The work & payment for it went quickly too. BUT THEY TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY afterwards for the fact that it simply didnt work. They fabricated criteria that is not in writing & refused to redo the work, hardly returned phonecalls when just days before when they wanted us to sign on, they were calling us! BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Unfortunately, i later saw a bedbug blog online that recounted the same or worse experiences with them. more

I am a property manager and oversee quite a few apartment and condominium complexes. I work with a lot of vendors and contractors and Precision has always been wonderful to work with. I have used their heat system to treat a couple of my complexes for termites and have been very pleased. I have also used them for mold abatement and they have been just as wonderful. more

I was a customer of Precision Environmental last year (2007). They purport to be an environmentally friendly company. This is not so if you are a pet or plant living the house being treated. I can assure you that their ""do-gooder"" propaganda is completely misrepresentative of their actual service. In this emerging market of eco-friendly alternatives, one would think as I did that these types of companies would outperform their competition in an effort to generate a good reputation, a word of moth clientele etc. Pros: Environmentally friendly treatment Cons: Kills Pets and Plants more
