Great Service!!! 11/19/2006

Just went in and bought a new camera. The sales staff was helpful and not pushy. I ended up with a great deal. As I bought my new Nikon, the manager came by and told me that they were going on special in a couple of weeks, he gave me the sale deal today. I did not have to wait or come back, great service. worst customer service 6/2/2006

customer service is the poorest I ever encountered from a store. Their return policy is rediculous with huge restocking fees. I rather shop online for my equipment then. Their sales people try to up sell accessories that you never asked for and don't need. Horrible service. more

horrible customer service 2/13/2006

This store's customer service has been repeatedly condescending, unfriendly, and flat out rude to me. I've heard from friends to avoid this store because of this reason (and their marked up prices), but I thought I'd give em a try since they have a decent selection of equipment. Not one, but TWO of their employees gave me a know-it-all, ugly attitude after barely letting me return a defective memory card I bought from them 2 days earlier. This is NO way to treat a customer who just spent hundreds of dollars at their store. more

Gave excellent advice for a new camera 12/13/2005

I went to Precision Camera looking at the different options for a new digital camera, and wanted to go somewhere that the sales person may actually know what they are talking about, and this was the place to go! The sales clerk who was helping me wasn't most interested in selling me a camera, but informing me of the best camera for my money and for the features that I would use. Their prices can be a bit higher that regular retail stores, but for the help I got it was worth the price I paid for the camera! more

They really know their stuff! 11/15/2005

This is a wonderful camera store. With all the big box electronics stores, it is refreshing to find a place where they actually know what they are talking about! You can find anything and everything photography related here. The staff is very helpful, and if you can't decide, you can always rent the equipment to test it out before you actually buy. They are so helpful. I highly recommend a trip here before you just drop the bucks somewhere else for a camera that doesn't suit your needs. more
