Stan, at Precision Autowerks, is such a knowledgeable guy. He has the kind of shop you want to do business with. It's a small shop that takes every customer seriously. Stan's experience working on Mercedes and BMW cars is just as good as anybody in Raleigh, and the prices are fine. They have been dealing with my car for 27 years, and they really couldn't do a better job. Precision Autowerks deserves some recognition. They are not con artists; granted, you pay for it, but you get what you pay for, and they do a great job. more

The people at Precision Autowerks are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. 2/22/2011

I have been a loyal customer of Precision Autowerks since 1990. I've never had any issues with Stan and his team. It is so easy to schedule an appointment, a drop in or even a drop off, they are very accommodating. Everyone is so friendly and you are greeted immediately as you walk in. I think that being a single woman it's a wonderful thing to know that if I take my car in, their intent is never to scam me, but to truly take care of any issue my car is having. I completely trust what they say because I know that they have my best interests at heart. I highly recommend their services. Jeanette DeLuca more
