I have been a client of PA for over 15 years. Randy, Terry, and Merrill have taken care of all of my vehicles. I have three small children and I would not trust my car to anyone else. They are fair and only repair what needs to be repaired. The team is friendly funny and knowledgable in all types of cars. I recommend them to everyone I know. more

I have been going to Randy and Merrill for about 20 years and no one has touched my cars but them. I have had a Plymounth, Dodge (2) and now a Nissan. If I don't need a part/service, they will let me know that it's not needed at that time. I had a starter that I thought needed replacement, but, Randy told me that I didn't need it at that time and it lasted about a year before replacement. \r They are the most honest, reliable and will not talk down to you, just because you are a female. They take the time to listen and explain what is needed and what they replaced. They even told me that a sound I had heard was normal and not to worry.\r When I took my Dodge Shadow in for repair they told me outright that the repairs were bleeding me dry and that it really wasn't worth the continued cost. \r They treat you like one of the family. In fact, my sister told me about them and she has brought her cars (Dodge and Honda) to them and they told her to sell the Dodge.\r I have lived in Altamonte, Apopka, Lake Mary, Orlando (by UCF) and now over by OIA. It is worth the long distance. \r I have brought the car in before I made some long distance trips for a check up.\r I even had my car towed from Daytona. Pros: Honest more

We LOVE these mechanics! They are knowledgeable (we've had Volkswagon, Mercury and Toyotas) and reliable; fixing the cars in a professional and quick manner. Randy is the best and he cares about his customers! His prices have been very reasonable and he never tries to ""sell"" you on things you don't really need. These guys are for real and they really like what they do. I've met most of the guys that work there and they are all pleasant, easy to talk to and a great group of problem-solvers. If you want to know what is wrong with your car, they will talk with you about it and explain it to you in a way you can understand, no matter what level of experience you have.
