I have been a Canady's customer for over a year and have been fortunate to have Kyle as our technician for maintenance and repairs. He recently repaired our furnace. Despite my attempt to help, he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what was needed for the repair. Parts needed to be ordered. Kyle and the team at Canady's were quick to keep me informed of the cost and arrival of the parts. When the part arrived, they contacted me to arrange for Kyle to install the part at my convenience. Willie Pray, technician for Canady's, kept us informed about his arrival time and arrived as promised. He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Willie spent more than an hour at our house checking out our HVAC system from top to bottom. He found a warranty issue and corrected it quickly. Adam and Canady's Precision Air was a pleasure to have in my home. I was due for a seasonal service at the beginning of the heating season and was contacted by Canady's to schedule an appointment. They scheduled a time of my liking and followed up with a reminder the day before and 2 calls the day of service. One call was to confirm it was still acceptable and another by Adam to tell me he was on his way. Upon arrival Adam looked and sounded professional and explained what he was going to do and if I had any questions. I had everything answered and he got right to work taking care of the system. When he was done inside he serviced the outside unit and completed the tuneup quickly and thoroughly. After he was done he came in and explained his findings and recommendations thoroughly and professionally. I feel confident in my system and will always use Canady's in the future due to the pleasant experience I had with Adam. Thank you. more

My furnace was not heating and I called Canady's first thing in the morning. I was so lucky to have their Service Tech, Brandon come to my house. He was polite, knowledgeable and fixed my problem very quickly. Also very important to me was that he came at the designated time, he called before hand and everything was handled very efficiently.
