Precious Resources Day Care and Learning Center

I enjoy this daycare very much. It is family run and so I like the atmosphere there. Also the rooms are very exposed so that any parent can see in every room as they walk through to get their child which I feel gives it a secure feeling when it comes to the care of your child. Its clean, organized and structured, and my son has a very good time there. This is the first daycare that I didn't have to fight to leave him at. The owner is not mean to the staff. She gives the kids candy every Friday and is very friendly. Each door has a list of how many children are allowed per staff member in a room. I appreciate that very much because my previous daycare was shut down due to constant violations of over-crowded rooms. This way you can ensure your child gets the attention that is needed. I think many parents in or around the Richlands area would benefit from sending their child to this facility. Pros: Lots of learning structure for the kids Cons: Honestly I can't think of one at this point more

I would avoid this day care. The owner and proprieter is not respectful to the staff and is very rude. The staff at the day care is on a short fuse because of the lack of support and the way they are treated. There opinions mean nothing and unfortunatly the children are caught in the cross fire.
