I love Precious Pet Paradise! 12/21/2011

I've been taking my Yorkie to Precious Pet Paradise (who has all of their certifications on the wall, robbie347) for years and years. They are the ONLY groomer I will go to. In my opinion their prices are a little on the higher side, but their work is great! Most importantly, my dog (who is pretty clingy and hates getting left anywhere unfamiliar) does really well there and always comes home happy. A happy dog who had a low stress experience and looks great is worth the little bit of a higher price to me. I won't go anywhere else! more

Worst groom shop/owner EVER 4/14/2011

This shop is full of incompetent groomers. I couldn't find a certification for anyone, aside from the shop owner, who's about as welcoming as a porcupine. I've been to this shop a couple of times and they've raised their rates significantly since I started coming. Most of my experiences were neutral, not great, but not bad either. The groomer performed the wrong cut on my dog despite having it written down RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, they charged me for brushing the dogs teeth (which I can almost guarantee didn't get done), and when I called back to complain the owner told me to take a hike (and that's paraphrased). Avoid this shop if at all possible. Save your money and go to petsmart instead. more
