Good: There was nothing close to the experience of the previous reviewers. I made an appt. to see her "faciities" and was greeted by a somewhat irritated woman who reminded me that I should have called before coming, even though I had an appt. Her facilities are simply a house in a normal neighborhood, not a farm. She has turned her livingroom into her bedroom and the dining room is where the dogs are when they are "inside." She had 4 pomeranians and 2 large dogs, one a large rescue that she had little control. Bad: She ushered myself & dog outside as her "rescue" began to attach the fence where the dogs were in full out barking and growling. All I could see was dust being kicked up and multiple dogs growling at each other. She tried to tell me that it was the neighbors dogs fault for instigating. My dog, normally fine with groups of dogs, hid behind me and shook.The yard had several large ducks, and chicken, for which she told me that if my dog happened to roll in their waste, she would wash her for an added fee. Improvements: Since I was already there, she asked if if I wanted to do her $15.00 interview, I must admit I should have left before the Interview because it turned into a hard sales presentation where she presented seven pages of forms, which included the question, "do you want your dog cremated, or buried"? Because I only had a $50.00 bill, I asked her for change and she said she did not have any. She suggested I pay the deposit for the first month so it would be paid and then she would credit the rest to services. Other: During the interview she asked me how my dog does alone with other dogs because she goes out during the day, that was a flag! So, thinking that I could still decide not to use her services,I called the next morning to tell her I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog there. I never spoke to her personally but left three detailed messages.(no email) No refund..
