Precaution Electric

I am a new HOME OWNER and recently several of the OUTLETS in 2 of my restrooms went out. Not knowing anything about handy work around my house, no less ELECTRICAL problems. I called Precaution Electric Company right away after finding them through this website. The receptionist picked up right away. I spoke with Jaclyn, she was very nice and patient with me while I tried to explain the problems I was having. She advised me about the services that they offer. I continued to ask her more detailed questions and related estimates. She was knowledgeable and also offered to look and see if there were any of the electricians in the office right at that time. She looked through the office for an electrician and luckily there was one available. A very nice man by the name of Tone was transferred on to the line. I explained the problems I was having. He walked me through (--literally-- while I was on my cell phone) how to check a few things. He explained kindly and in simple terms what possibly happened with the outlets and the possible reasons why. It turns out he is the owner of the business! I was very intimidated about calling an electrician. I was scared about costs and about what kind of service I would receive. Now, I am extremely pleased I chose to call Precaution Electric Co! So pleased in fact that I am going to have a few new ceiling fans installed! more

I had a nagging ELECTRICAL OUTLET issue caused by an unwelcome rodent. Being a tinkerer, I tried to replace it, took a nasty shock and then decided it was over my head. \r \r I called Precaution(and I can't remember who came out) and not only did he analyze it, then fix it, but he gave me a brief lesson in home electricity and what I would need to do for some of the other plans I had mentioned. Of course, some of these plans are far beyond my capabilities, so now I'm glad to have a go-to electrician. more

THE ELECTRICAL METER TO THE ELECTRICAL PANEL inside my house was badly frayed and had to be replaced. I searched through Citysearch, and identified one with the most customers' feedback and the highest rating, and it was Precaution Electric. Very reliable Queens electrician. I called them last week to install the ceiling fan in my master bedroom and to fix my motion detector outside my garage.
