I used this dentist for a couple of years after I first moved to this area. He is a wonderful person, but their office is out dated and I found another dentist in the area who seems to be in touch with more modern technology and services. The staffing assistants are friendly and they do charge your insurance and send you a bill for the remainder. But, I will not come back, as I love my new dentist.
