Best Landscaping Firm in Town 4/6/2010

Great Design, I didn't have to ""manage"" a bunch of sub-contractors because they handled everything. I only had to work with Poynter to have everything done we needed. Awesome follow through and continued support through their AfterCare program. Very nice, professional people- great customer service! Not the least expensive but worth every penny for the better materials, excellent communication and project management. And their Warrantee and Guarantees can't be beat! Top Notch Design & Customer Service 1/14/2010

We have used Poynter for several projects at 2 homes and couldn't be more pleased. They were recommended by a friend and I was so impressed by the work I saw that we decided to work with them as well. After working with them for several years, I couldn't be more pleased. Everything from the architects to design and installation was top-notch. I highly recommend them to all! Lost Thousands!!! 8/17/2009

I lost thousands of dollars on a job that was never done right. Kept calling them to do the job as instructed, but they never could. They blew me off, didn't take calls. Now, I have to get someone else out here to do it right & it's cheaper than Poynter. Trust me, you don't want to deal with bad service, bad follow-up, and bad attitudes which they also gave me when I complained about the job!!! Cons: Bad Service, Bad follow-up more
