This management company had me into a new place in less than a week. After I found the place online and got approved I was in in no time. I love the place and have had great experiences with the management so far. more

Recommend 11/15/2011

Because I do not have the best credit, I was very nervous to apply for as place to rent, but they made me feel very comfortable with them and less embarrassed. They were willing to rent to me me with a slightly higher deposit( which was fine with me). The house is in pretty good shape, it didn't seem like the hallways were freshly painted when I moved in, but they did allow me to paint them any color I wanted to. So far everything has been pretty good. more

Happy Renter 9/23/2011

This is the management co to rent from. I just moved out of a place managed by Powley about 2 months ago. They were good while I rented from them, but then I was an even happier customer after I moved out of the place. Believe it or not they really worked hard to get me some of my initial deposit back! If I was not moving out of town I would definitely be looking to rent form them again. more
