I had terrible experience with these guys. Last year I had been there for my tire change. I called them before I went there and asked them if they would match the amazon price for the tire for which they said they will. I went there and gave them the amazon sheet where it had the price mentioned for the back tire and at the bottom of the sheet there was another price mentioned for both front and back tire combined. They changed me their price for the front tire and amazon price for the back tire. When I paid the price, I didn't notice that, but once I came back home, I noticed it and called them up. After a long conversation, I was able to convince them to return me the balance. I normally happen to stay very far from their location, so I didn't go their for a long time to get my money. This year, I happen to pass by them and wanted to get back my money. To my surprise, they said they wont be able to return my money and instead wanted to give me a gift card. I tried to convince them but then they didn't. To me just 20/30 bucks doesn't matter a lot, but then its about credibility and promise that these guys made which they didn't keep.\r \r My experiences with them have been really really terrible and am definitely not going to go there again for sure. more

Service department cannot be beat. Very experienced techs, work with you to get it done right and to your satisfaction, they do very dependable work and within a good time frame when they are not backed up during the busy season. I have done business with powersports as long as they have been in Greenville and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable in their field, whether it be sales, service or parts. The service manager is probably one of the best mechanics in the state. From the time we walked in until we left, we were treated with respect and courtesy. Everyone was very helpful and treated us like family! The service department was wonderful as well. We are very happy with our bike, accessories and delivery. We will definitely do business with them in the future and recommend them to all our friends. My first and only experience here was very poor. There is only one person there I would consider honest and he is not in charge so his hands are tied. I am very new to the bike world and was taken advantage of. I now have a bike that is not worth near what I paid for it and they refuse all returns regardless of the condition of the bike. From the time a first entered the showroom, I felt like I was with friends. We cut up, laughed and had a great time! Very unusual experience in a dealership. Wes was a very likable salesman as well as all the other guys in the dealership. Everyone stopped by for a laugh. By the way, I bought a motorcycle that day. Follow up is great.
