Professional in every way. Also, very courteous and friendly. They explained to me on the phone price per gallons and they put me first on the list in the morning because I wanted to vote. They called me in the morning to let me know they were on their way, and I just felt comfortable with them. When the workers arrived, they were good, fast, and extremely professional, knew exactly what they were doing. I requested to go on their list as a regular customer. Thank You. more

I called Powell's when I realized I was having a problem with my hot water heater. I called at 9:45 in the morning to see if someone would be able to come out that day. The woman I spoke to was extremely polite, very helpful, and called me to let me know when the technician would be on his way. The technician was at my house by 11:45 that morning. The technician was amazing and he fixed my hot water heater and in a little more than an hour I had hot water again! This is the first instance I've had that required any repair service at my house but I can say with certainty I will call on Powell's again if I ever need anything plumbing related. Their friendly and fast service has made me a loyal customer. more

If you need a plumber, call Powell’s Plumbing. Why you ask? I only expect one thing from people that offer service work for hire, and that is, perfection without excuses. I don’t want to hear, it can not be done, need more time and money in addition to the estimate (without qualifying it before hand), we will be back tomorrow (and at times not showing up), we don’t have the right parts, and the list goes on. Those mentioned are small examples of excuses that I had received in my 35 years living in the Clear Brook area. Thank you Powell’s Plumbing. On two occasions I have dealt with your company, and you satisfied our household with the work results we expected, perfection. Jeremy, the plumber assigned to the work orders on both situations was able to quickly make an assessment of the problems, informed me in detail the courses of actions that he was taking and the solutions, and finally the results I could expect. Individual courtesy and excellent company representations were also in his tool bag. I found Powell’s Plumbing to be extremely reasonable in the charges for the service provided. In addition the office staffs was very professional, prompt in getting estimates and kept us informed of arrival times. N. Díaz more

Hugh and Tim were excellent techs and were great at being here when they said they would and fixed my drainage problem quickly and efficiently. Would recommend Powell's and use their services again in the future. more

Excellent quick service on the coldest day of the year. Poor Kurt had to spend a great deal of time outside in order to thaw our frozen septic lines. He did it and we're back in business! I will contact this business for our future plumbing needs. more

During maintenance on the septic system, it was discovered that the concrete septic tank had partially eroded. The culprit, a water softener incorrectly installed. The drain from the softener was inserted into the septic drain line in the basement. John arrived to determine the next course of action would be a new tank and distribution box. One of his crews, Wolfie and Donald arrived, installed the new tank and distribution box in an expedient and professional manner. John arrived again for his inspection. Found a landscaping issue that were not up to his standards and took care of them post-haste. Very pleased with the results. Very customer focused business in all respects. more

This is our third time using the services of Powell's, and, living on top of a mountain, I'm sure it won't be our last. I'm just glad we have Powell's to rely on. more

Powell's Plumbing has taken care of a number of issues over the past 12 years, in two residences. They have completed required work in a professional and competent manner. They've always been easy to work with, courteous, and on time. I'd like to thank Mark in particular. He took the time recently to explain some complex problems with a whole house pre-filter and issues related to the softener, and to suggest some alternatives for correcting the problems. Job well done! more
