Dr. Khan is a capable and adept veterinarian. My mom took her dog, a small poodle, to him, and he provided care for her. That went on for fourteen years. I have a coonhound, a GS, and a Labrador. All working dogs. The Coonhound developed a pancreatic condition and Dr. Khan nursed him back. I retired the dog, and he mostly hangs out now. The GS is a neurotic mess, and Dr. Khan caters to her. The Labrador has never had it better. I saw one reviewer comment how finances were an issue, but they do work with people through payment plans and use a service, which we have found useful. I would not trust my pets, which are family, to anyone else. I wish my doctor were Dr. Khan. more

It took me a month to write this review but here goes.....the dog pictured in my profile is named Blue. The picture shows her in the backyard less than two hours before she passed. I found her abandoned at about 2 months old in 2004. Once I moved from East Cobb to West Cobb, I began taking both Blue and Jackson (rat terrier rescued from shelter in 2002) to this clinic in 2007 for routine shots and boarding. Well last month Blue got sick. I couldn't afford to put out a ton of money that day but I knew she needed to be seen. She had been lethargic, not wanting to walk or eat and the night before I took her in she couldn't keep water down. I called the office and told them my situation and was told to apply for the care credit. I was denied but the clinics website stated that they also do a no credit check payment plan. However, when I arrived with my dog the lady at the front desk (whom I'd never seen before) stated that they don't do payment plans and that the lady before me ha more

This place made me very upset and I will never go back or recommend it to a friend. We took our baby there to be neutered. When my husband picked him up, they did not take the time to show him his incision, tell him that he had staples, tell him when he needed to come back for them to be taken out, or even give him directions on how to care for him. The second he got home, we saw the staples and massive amounts of redness, swelling, and bruising. We called the vet the next day. They jokingly said, "Oh yeah, he has staples. He will need to come back in 7 to 10 days to get them out." That would have been nice to know. It has been about a week since the surgery. My dog's swelling, pitch black bruising and redness has not even began to fade. We are taking him to a different vet to be looked at. I do not trust these people and will never return. more

My wife took our boston terrier to this butcher shop dr kahn-should be dr con,our dog had mild seizure and she paniced and took him there by mistake,the so called vet gave our dog large dose phenabarbitol ,which in other vets opinion caused him to have vaticulitis-means the veins weep out all fluids and dog swells and suffocates its heart.I took my dog to ark hospital in hiram and had Dr.Bowen try to save him he tryed for a week but my buddy could not take it and died-which about killed us.Stay away from this place -i never liked this creep he was rough once before in handling my dog so we stayed away-it was an emergency and mistake to take our dog there. more

I have been taking my animals to Dr. Kahn for the past 21 years, I think that speaks volume. Four dogs and one cat later I'm still going to see Dr. Kahn. He's been there for my babies from puppyhood to old age, to the hardest decision. I still go to Dr. Kahn he's treating my newest baby. I like him. more

I have been going to dr kahn for about 6 months now, he was introduced to me by another patient of his and i have loved going there ever since, dr kahn and his staff are wonderful and caring and have helped me alot and have shown my animals the love and care that they deserve and more, dr kahn will be my vet for as long as i have animals and as long as he is in business. more

Dr Riaz Khan has misdiagnosed my animals for more than 1 year. I have heard the horror stories about him and I found out first hand that they were true. If you truly care about your animals stay away from this place!!!! Their high prices and lack of knowledge have been an expensive mistake for us to make along with many other customers of his. I have been bringing my animals to Dr Kahn for approximately 8 years. His staff is amazing but he tends to be straight to the point and doesn't usually answer questions well. I trust that when I board my pets here that the staff will take care and love on them while they are there. more

Dr. Kahn is a great vet. He knows his stuff and has always prescribed exactly the right medicine for my dog. I have a 65 lb Border Collie. His cost are somewhat reasonable. The cost are worth it to me since I feel that my animal is getting the best care. more
