Completely satisfied customers! 9/12/2011

This was our first experience with Powder River Heating & AC and we were so happy and satisfied with the job they performed for us! They treated us wonderfully well, when they came and talked to us about our problem. We thought we were going to have to have a whole new unit installed, but no! They were able to order the parts to fix it for us! They called us to let us know when the parts were in and they could come do the work, it was all very fast and efficient! We were totally satisfied with the results and will use them again! We have recommended them to several people already! Rosemary & Richard more

Frank was awesome as the installer! Very quick and very nice. He even helped us by taking the window unit out of the window when he finished!! Brad was great, too. more

Overall, good and fair service. 8/16/2011

Powder River Heating & AC are usually quick to respond. I don't price their services out or compare them, so I don't feel comfortable putting a value on that. Some of the plumbing employees workmanship I wouldn't feel comfortable commenting on, but their heating and AC employees are good. They provide really good service and are fair. more

We had a very good experience with Powder River Heating & AC. They were just very nice. They did what they said they were gonna do, and it was just a real good experience. The guys that came out to install it put down stuff so as not to hurt my carpet and floors. They were really nice, and they did an excellent job I think. more

When you need service, they will be there. 5/18/2011

We've had Powder River Heating install a complete furnace system for our residential home. We also had them install what I like to call a "Giant Heater" to heat a 40x80 farm. They do very high quality work, and they stand behind their work. We have worked with them now for probably 6 or 7 years. Over that time, we had one really neat experience with them. Prior to putting in a new furnace, they came out and serviced the old furnace. What was neat about it was that it was a holiday weekend, and they were there just the same. When you need service, they will be there. more
