Normally have Kip do parts for me. I think he does them on his own time, so I save a little money. I'm able to call him directly and he'll come meet me out front to pick them up. But if you don't have an inside contact good luck getting anyone to help you. Customer service is not present at this place. Whoever manages it must not have a clue how to gain and get repeat business. Most parts Kip has done have been great. Except the last time I took in a set of my van rims to be powder coated. I got them back and they looked like crap. The coating was uneven and looked crap. Got them home and closer inspect revealed that they apparently didn't want to take the time to blast them off completely, especially inside the lug wells. I could see where they coated right over chipping paint and road grime! Unbelievable. I will not taking anything there ever again. I didn't even bother taking the wheels back. If they can't do a simple job correctly the first time without skipping a crucial step of cleaning correctly, why in the world would I trust them a second time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all costs.\r

I've used many powder coaters and have seen them take shortcuts like the above, where they don't blast the entire product, but rather just coat right over it. If you do have that happen...get your money back BEFORE you leave. Inspect you stuff before you leave and have them make it right or don't pay them! After that, help your fellow man out by posting a review so others known to avoid them and don't have to get screwed over like you did.
