Powder Horn is well maintained and clean. It is super family fun, and what could be cheaper than camping? It is located in Old Orchard Beach however, it is not near the beach. It would be a short drive to the ME Mall during rainy weather. It is also located near Cinemagic, Funtown, Aquabogan, 99 Restaurant, WalMart, Sams Club, and Target. more

Powder Horn is not near the beach, but has amenities that make up for it, and as a result it does a great job of maintaining customer loyalty. It’s family owned, and the owner’s house is on one side of the property, so they're around if needs arise and they do a lot of hands-on work. They do a great job of maintaining their sites and especially the pool. It’s across the street from a golf course, and a short drive to restaurants and a small grocery store. more
