I have been in this place three times, twice when it first opened and then one last time recently. I had bad experiences the first two times I was in there but I thought that perhaps the guy had just had a bad week and since it was a long time since I've been there, I thought I'd give it another chance. To my utter dismay, nothing has changed. The owner is still a complete jerk! I can't believe anybody even uses this place. This man is one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. Hopeless! He has no clue on how to deal with people. He is so rude. And impatient, even when you have simple questions about their services. I actually felt sorry for him: if he's this miserable to deal with when trying to run and grow a business, he must be an awfully unhappy human being. Regardless, I hope he ends up selling the business to someone I would want to do business with. I'll NEVER go back to this place so long as he's the owner. A shame that a local business owner has to treat customers the way I've been treated. And I'm not the only one. I was fuming when I left there (the 2nd time) and when I told a friend about it, she said ""Oh My God, I had that same experience there! That man is just awful! I left there so mad. He lost my business for sure."" So it's not just one dissatisfied customer. There are a trail of us all over Leander. So, if the owner happens to read this: Good Luck in life, Pal....With your attitude, you'll need it. And you'll get your comeuppance one of these days. And when you wonder how and why it could all go so wrong, just remember all us customers who you treated so badly ....
