Nasty Rude Behavior by the owner 3/14/2010

It always amazes me when the owner of a customer-service oriented business is nasty and rude. If one has that kind of personality, why get into a business where you are going to have to deal with the public everyday?\r Once, I'll give someone a pass. After all, everyone is entitled to a bad day and a second chance. That in mind, I went back to this Leander Postnet again, but got the same treatment. \r The owner was more than rude, he was dismissive, arrogant, and clearly uninterested in retaining customers. It wasn't only me that he was rude to that afternoon: I witnessed him being impolite to another customer...who seemed to have the same reaction as I did: complete disbelief. We both shook our heads as we walked out the door. I for one will not ever walk back through that door. I'll drive a few miles out of my way to go down to his competitor in Cedar Park: at least there I'll get treated with respect and be appreciated for my business.\r I took a few minutes to read the other reviews here and see he also has mistreated other customers. I wonder if the ones who wrote good reviews are friends and relatives of the owner? I just can't imagine this guy being nice. Twice he has been completely unprofessional and just downright nasty. I've been doing business with Alan since PostNet opened and have never had a bad experience. My jobs get done quickly and correctly every time. I wish all businesses worked as efficiently as this one does. Pros: Very fast and always friendly and helpful more

I have been working with Alan for over two years now. He and his staff are very helpful and accomodating. If you are tired of other companies like FedEx Kinkos and all the others telling you what they are NOT going to do. Go see Alan. Alan gets all of my business. Pros: Customer Focused. Don't need to say much more really. All it would take would be a kind word, patience and a smile once in a while. Maybe not charging someone $1 for a strip of tape to tape their box shut for them. I have been using Postnet Leander for the last two years and have been completely satisfied with the service I have received. The owner has been courteous, helpful and friendly. I have witnessed disagreeable people treating the owner rudely and he keeps his cool and does not respond in kind. Postnet Leander is an asset to the community and a big help to me and my company. ,,,,a personality! Actually he needs to sell the business to someone else!\r I have been in this place three times, twice when it first opened and then one last time recently. I had bad experiences the first two times I was in there but I thought that perhaps the guy had just had a bad week and since it was a long time since I've been there, I thought I'd give it another chance. To my utter dismay, nothing has changed. The owner is still a complete jerk! I can't believe anybody even uses this place. This man is one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. Hopeless! He has no clue on how to deal with people. He is so rude. And impatient, even when you have simple questions about their services. I actually felt sorry for him: if he's this miserable to deal with when trying to run and grow a business, he must be an awfully unhappy human being. Regardless, I hope he ends up selling the business to someone I would want to do business with. I'll NEVER go back to this place so long as he's the owner. A shame that a local business owner has to treat customers the way I've been treated. And I'm not the only one. I was fuming when I left there (the 2nd time) and when I told a friend about it, she said ""Oh My God, I had that same experience there! That man is just awful! I left there so mad. He lost my business for sure."" So it's not just one dissatisfied customer. There are a trail of us all over Leander. So, if the owner happens to read this: Good Luck in life, Pal....With your attitude, you'll need it. And you'll get your comeuppance one of these days. And when you wonder how and why it could all go so wrong, just remember all us customers who you treated so badly ....
