I was sending a large package fedex, and needed to customize a box which i was more than willing to do exept they would let me use a box cutter in the store, so the talked me into having them box it for me...no problem ..told them i was paying through a company Fedex account so it could be charged. After being boxed wieghed and paid, the clerk charged me seperately for packaging. Confused I asked why she didnt tell me in the first place that it wouldnt go to the company account, she began belittling me yelling it was my fault for not asking that she cant be expected to be phsycic. Okay but im the customer i dont know the policy especilly after I told you how i was paying, I told her it was thier responsibility to inform me THE CUSTOMER. Yelling she told me to leav..What the F#CK!
