Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unethical? 5/8/2010

I rented a mailbox at this location for a year. The owner is rude to me nearly every visit, complained about the number of packages I received, and literally yells at customers on occasion. I have no idea how he stays in business when he treats customers this poorly. I will never go back to do business at this location. Cons: Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unethical? more

Good mailbox service 9/12/2002

I haven't used their shipping services, but this is an excellent place to buy a mailbox to receive mail and packages. If you live in an apartment in Pasadena, this is pretty much a necessity since most delivery services such as UPS refuse to leave boxes when you're not home. I have never had a package lost with these guys. Pros: Good mailbox service Cons: Not enough parking more
