Love, love, LOVE Posh home! If I only had more money I would buy so much more stuff here. Living in Tacoma, the options are limited for unique furniture. Thankfully we have Posh home to fill the void thats been here for way too long. I bought a couch, table, and lamp here and could not be happier. more

Agree with poor service, ok products 10/18/2008

I've purchased a painting from the store a year ago. Love the painting-but the service was snobby. Even though I spent $250, I left feeling like I wasn't that important. Reading the reviews here and the employee arguing with the customer (review before mine) online reminded me of my experience. It is an example of the pretentious tone from the employees. I like to spend my money with down-to-Earth people. more

Always polite 6/14/2008

In response to Crystal's comment regarding her daughter using our restroom. If you were shopping on the 31st, I was the one working in the shop that day. I never deny anyone the restroom. I simply state that it is behind the door marked "employees only" as there are 2 doors right next to each other and I usually let clients know that it can be a bit cold in there. I have never asked or told anyone to go elsewhere to use the restroom. Please come in again and say hi as I would like to apologize for any confusion. Thank you for visiting our shop. Cool items.....poor customer service. 5/31/2008

I stopped in last week to find some hip and cool accessories for my photography studio. After about 15 minutes of browsing, my 4 year old daughter asked to use the restroom, so I politely asked the woman at the counter (possibly the owner?) if she had a restroom that we could use. She told me that the restroom was for "customers" only and that we would have to go somewhere else. What the hell?!! more

Tacoma's best home boutique 4/20/2007

I found the best wine cabinet here! This is my new favorite store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of modern and classic pieces. I thought their prices were really reasonable, especially for furniture that is unique and hip. Their hours are 10-6 Mon - Sat and 12-5 on Sunday (that is direct from their business card). more

Tacoma's Gem! 1/31/2007

With Posh Home, us Tacoma folks don't have to drive all the way up to Seattle to get modern, hip and chic furniture. Posh Home is was closed for a couple months for expansion, but now they are HUGE and very COOL!! They carry a broad range of fabulous furniture with different price points. Now you Seattle folks can drive down to Tacoma and see one of our gems!! more

They aren't closed. I just stopped by the other day... fabulous stuff. LOVE IT! Apparently they were just relocating to a bigger location across the street. If you need stuff for your home you should definitely stop in and check them out. more

I went over to the 6th avenue shopping district today for some errands, and I saw that this store was closed. Based on the review written here, I was going to check them out for some things I wanted to get for my home. But they had white paper covering their windows and they were out of business....bummer! I was looking quite forward to a day spent shopping :(. more

Fantastic furniture with a little flair 8/4/2005

This store is right on 6th ave. in Tacoma. They have a great staff of friendly people who can answer any question and are willing to go that extra mile to make you smile. They are like a Pier 1 but on a smaller scale. They also carry handbags, jewelry and lamps that have been imported. They are kind of on the pricey side but well worth it to get some unique items. They are open 11-5 every day. Parking is kind of a paid. You will have to find a place to park on the side streets unless you are lucky enough to find one right in front. more
