I wish all remodeling was this easy - Bob (owner) was great to work with - even when I changed the floor tile the day before it was to go down - he stayed open so Dan and I could go back to the showroom and re-select. The whole bedroom area and hall stairs were covered with plastic - Bob was super easy to contact and the whole job took less than 2 weeks - including me re-selecting the tile and a cabinet being sent that was too short (cabinet co. error - Bob ordered correctly). I would use them again in a heartbeat! more

Bob was really a pleasure to work with as he worked with us to completely remodel our master bath while keeping to our budget. Portofino Tile redid our master bathroom. They completely tore out everything down to the studs. We went over the layout and changed things around and totally re-plumbed the bathroom. Everything was completed in two weeks and it looks fantastic. We were real happy with Bob, he was really good to work with and the workmen were too. Everyone was courteous and kept the place as clean as they could. And the quality of the work is great! We'd definitely use them again! more

We were looking for someone to do our bathroom for us and Bob had put in the tile for our kitchen back splash. At that point, we weren't even convinced we were going to use Portofino Tile again, but as we sat there and talked to Bob, he really impressed us. He took our ideas and put them onto the computer and shared his ideas with us. He took everything and made a great plan. Everything from there went smoothly. Their workers are punctual, thorough and perfectionists. We enjoyed the entire process. Bob and the Overseer made us feel so comfortable and like we could ask them any question and they wouldn't laugh at us. We are so pleased with the final results! We recently moved here into a new home in Apex, N.C., The first thing people notice and comment on when they see our house for the first time is the incredible tile work in the Kitchen and Bathroom(s). The designs are excellent , and quite frankly were a key decision point to buying this house. \r -I would suggest to anyone renovating a kitchen of bathroom looking to add tile to talk with Bob first at Portofino tile before anyone else.... You'll be glad you did. Pros: All in the comments excellent!!! Cons: umm - Can't think of any more
