My room was spotless 11/22/2010

When I first heard of Portland Tub and Tan I was wary of hot tubbing by the hour, and the cleanliness of the rooms and pools. However to my surprise everything was spotless and in order. The pool felt great and I really enjoyed myself. I will surely go back. more

oh my gosh that place was so cool!!!! 11/22/2010

I just came from that place and I was blown away! They had so many choices I had a hard time choosing between the Disco suite, the Sauna suite or their Asian suite, they all looked so cool, and clean. I booked an hour and a half but I could have stayed all night! The staff was informative and helpful. I would recommend Tub and Tan to anyone. more

Great Tanning 7/31/2008

I've been to quite a few tanning beds, and Portland Tub and Tan has given me the best experience yet. I came in and the woman at the front desk explained to me in detail about the tanning beds and what would work for me. At some tanning salons I feel rushed. They give you three minutes to put on tanning lotion and take off your clothes. At Portland Tub and Tan I have never felt rushed. I don't take 10 minutes to do all that, but it's nice to know that I don't have a 3 minute time limit before the tanning bed starts. Great service and I have always been able to get a bed when I walk in. (I usually go in the mornings though). Overall, exceptional! more

Great Staff 1/24/2008

Have been coming here off and on for several years, hadn't been there in about 2 years and the place is drastically improved. Was great before, but now even better. Outdoor tubs are a lot of fun. My favorite part of the place continues to be the staff, have very rarely left unsatisfied. Plus there are usually a few good looking women walking around this place(either being staff or customers) which never hurts the situation. Hope to be coming back more frequently in the future. Pros: Outdoor tubs, attractive women. Cons: stay open later on weekdays more

An all round very good experience 12/18/2007

What a great experience! So enjoyable. I was on a business trip from Dallas and I was so impressed with everything about Tub & Tan that I just had to write a quick review. Pros: Decor, Sound System, Adjustable Lights, Cleanliness & Staff Cons: I can't think of any thumbs down for this establishment. more

Great Tubbing! 12/11/2007

Portland Tub and Tan is GREAT. I've been to a number of like places in the Portland area as I am a regular user of such services, and Portland Tub and Tan is alway is very clean and the employees always treat me well. The location is easy to get to and the price reasonable. I give it an A+ more

Portland Tub & Tan, a unique experience for relaxation and parties 12/11/2007

Portland and Beaverton have had some Hot Tub Spas off and on over the years, and most were mediocre at best. Pros: Ambience, Cleanliness, Top Grade Equipment, and Pleasant Staff Cons: No food or snacks, parking is all on-street (but close) more

Perfect after a long trip 5/13/2007

Had been traveling overseas for the past 3 weeks and came across this place from a friend oversea. The staff were very helpful as this was my first ever hot tub experience. It was cleaner then I had expected and my girlfriend and I would be repeating the experience again. Pros: private and very clean more

wonderful outdoor tubs and extra surprises in private rooms 5/10/2007

We had the most incredible evening ever in our outdoor tubbing suite. The music, waterfall,paintings on the walls made you feel like you are miles away on an island. I have never had a hot yub experience like this one.It was so clean and the crisp night air and the warm tub jets was so unique. The indoor tubs are nice too, but the outdoor experience was the BEST!!! Pros: fantastic, relaxing hot tub get away more

Great place to relax 6/22/2006

Wow, those new open air hot tubs are amazing! I used to go to open air off of Halsey and didnt know what i was missing. Beautifull artwork, rock waterfall, hd cable tv and even a fire place! It's a very clean place and the staff was really helpfull. more

Incredible!! 3/15/2006

We went to the Open Air Tubs for 20 years and were sad when they closed the doors. But, we found Portland Tub & Tan and were so impressed that we've gone almost every Monday for close to 2 years now! The management & staff are fantastic! The rooms are clean & private with great atmoshpere! I highly recommend the new outdoor/open air private rooms! Digital Music, Color TV, Fireplaces..the works! They've taken hot tubbing to a new level! Pros: Great Atmosphere!, Good Value!, Incredible Staff! Cons: Need more Parking more

Great time clean and upscale 5/27/2002

We went to Portland Tub and Tan on a tuesday night. The staff was nice the place was clean and modern. the pool was a full size tub. and they had candles in the room. they also had music like dmx cable and you could here the sound unlike the other place we went to.... It was a great time and it cost us 20 bucks more
