Delicious doesn't even begin to cover Portillos 2/19/2009

Portillos easily has the best hot dogs, Italian beef, and ribs in the Chicagoland area. I have relatives from out of town that ask to go to Portillos as soon as they arive in Illinois. It is quick, the service is super fast, and every thing on the menu is delicious. You could easily go there daily and have something different. Each dish is unique and simply mouth watering. more

Hot Diggity Dog 8/22/2002

We have been eating here for a long time. Through 3 pregnancies and still going strong. The very best Hot dog place in Chicagoland. Great catering too!! Very convienient, quick and good!!!! Try this one!! Pros: excellent drive-thru, Parking, kid friendly more

About as good as fast food can get... 7/23/2002

Portillo's is the kind of place that you CRAVE when you are in another state (or country) for any amount of time. Best burgers... great hotdogs... gigantic salads. Their large shakes and malts take about 3 days to drink they're so huge... so you may want to stick to the small. more
