I have been going to Portillos for many years. The last several years I have come across wrong food orders, items missing, soupy chile. I have contacted the company's web site twice after some of these occurances and e-mailed my concerns. I never received a relpy. When a customer has a concern, and in this case, a customer that has been loyal for years, I think a reply is in order. I believe the company is growing so fast that quality is starting to slide.
