They showed up to repair a leak in my slab foundation and ran 2 new lines to bypass the leak, however left with all the cut pipes open which resulting in water running everywhere when I turned on my washing machine. They had 3 guys come for a 1 to 2 person job and the rate was outrageous at 270/hr (90.00 ea.) Mike (the owner) told me not to run my washer until they could come back and fix the leaks…..hmm at 270.00 per hour and I’d already paid them over $2000.00 \r

Fix what they already did! Mike finally came out 2 weeks later to look at the work that Moe, Larry and Curly did and agreed it wasn’t done right and said he’d come out “after the holidays” to do it himself. He also told me that he sold him company……….2 days after they did the work on my house and that all the books were closed. He wouldn’t refund any of the money and said he wasn’t responsible as far as follow up was, but that he’d take care of it. I called him after the holidays and he gave me the brush of and said he’s busy and would call back. Still waiting for a phone call, last contact Mike wasn't happy about my web review (sorry but the truth sometimes hurts!!) \r

Hey Mike I know you read this, it will all go away if you just fix what your guys screwed up!! If not then I will continue my rant about poor quality work, exorbitant rates and lack of follow-up; there are a lot of other websites to put in reviews and I'll find every one of them. Oh by the way people, Mike's gone out of business and runs under another name (no wonder with that kind of quality.) The new name will be posted in the future just to make you aware that it's the ""same church, different pew"" and I do mean pew!!! Had another plumber look at his work yesterday and he laughed; said it was about 4-5 hours of work for one guy to do and would have been about $600. Mike you have my number, fix the problem!! Last stop may be small claims.\r
