On a number of occasions i have had dreamy experiences at the portalis wine bar. it is warm and sexy with attractive and helpful staff. the option to taste the wine before buying is key... more

Good - but not great... 1/18/2006

Good wine shop, but the wine bar leaves one a bit disappointed. The staff is "friendly" but not warm and the food is only midocre. The wine bar is okay, though not at all balanced. I've been twice, and would go again, though there are better options in the area. more
