Stay away from here! 4/29/2011

I purchased multiple new & used vehicles from here & took all of my 5 cars here for service. Their mechanic damaged my vehicle & Alex the service manager cursed me & blamed me for their damage to my vehicle! Also they took 5 trips to fix a simple electronic part & the same mechanic ripped the terminals from the rear window instead of un-cliping the connector, now the whole job is botched up & looks like a kinder gardener did it! There are better Chrysler dealerships out there who actually appreciate good customers! Stay away from port Jeff Alex is a JERK! more
