McLaren Port Huron Rehab and Physical Therapy provides outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, sports medicine, work hardening/conditioning, aquatic therapy, and pediatric rehabilitation. The staff includes licensed physical therapists, licensed physical therapist assistants and certified athletic trainers. Locations in Lexington, Marysville, Port Huron, and Yale.

• Special therapies available in select locations include:
o Aqua therapy -- performed in a therapeutic pool to decrease stress and loading to joints,restore function and help relieve arthritic pain. Offered at the Marysville location.
o Athletic Training -- certified athletic trainers working in the local high schools,colleges and clinics.
o Orthopedic Manual Therapy -- physical therapists specializing in joint mobilization and manipulation.
o Pediatric Rehabilitation
o Orthotics -- custom made shoe inserts to correct foot biomechanics and relieve pain.
o Trazer/Reactor-- computerized functional testing platforms used to test agility,balance,reaction time and ground reaction force. Offered at the Port Huron,Marysville,and Yale locations.
o Unweighted Ambulation (walking) -- allows patients to exercise and walk while unloading the spine and lower extremities. This is of particular value in treating patients with neck and back pain from degenerative disc disease,spinal stenosis,and arthritic changes.
o Cybex/Novak weight equipment -- for medical exercise and spinal stabilization training,aerobic exercise and conditioning,progressive weight training,plyometric and agility training and neurological rehabilitation.
o All locations are equipped with private treatment rooms
o All treatment is individualized and based on evidence based practice and functional deficits.
