Upon entering the store's area, one is transported into a more simpler time. In good weather, the owners have a grill going on the patio outside the front door so customers can purchase good eats. It's fun to stop and chat with the chef.
The exterior is very appealing and welcomes you inside. It's right on the waterfront. Inside, there is plenty of room to browse. From a multitude of gift items available, some hand dipped ice cream, to a locally produced cookbook - this place is just fun. There is a cafe where you can sit down and enjoy a snack or meal.
Prices are kind of high, but that's to be expected in this area.
The owners are involved in the local community and love to share their knowledge with others.
I love spending a few hours here!
