I see all the reviews of Boardwalk Audi and Porsche are the lowest rated in the city. I should have checked here before I bought my used Audi from the Boardwalk Porsche dealership...

The entire team at Boardwalk Porsche has consistently done a terrific job of making me feel valued as a customer. Everyone is very courteous and friendly, from the receptionist to the Parts staff, you name it. There are a lot of perks from this Porsche dealership. Free hand washing of your car (tips appreciated); this is a great perk as it is close to a lot of Plano businesses (mine included). Free drinks, coffee and fruit if you are inclined to wait at the dealer. Many events; the Boardwalk Auto Group Poker Run, every season's Boardwalk Porsche's Owner's Rally; car shows, and new model unveiling. The pricing and service times are very transparent. Overall, zero complaints and I would definitely purchase from them again! more

Boardwalk Porsche 1/4/2012

I see all the reviews of Boardwalk Audi and Porsche are the lowest rated in the city. I should have checked here before I bought my used Audi from the Boardwalk Porsche dealership. Part of the transaction was to send me an owners manuel. They couldn't seem to find one while I was there. 2 months later they still haven't found one. Owen Scales, the sales guy and Matt Williams the sales manager can't seem to find their phones either. I call them weekly and have yet to have a reply from either of them. Service isn't in their vocabulary. We were shopping for a Panamera too but they suck on this vehicle so why use them again? I bought a Panamera at North Houston Porsche who has been great. Stay away from Boardwalk. Buying a vehicle is a tiny part of owning one and these fools can't handle the job. You'll hate yourself in the morning. They haven't earned a single star but there is no pile of shi_ icon to click. more

I was extremely happy with my buying experience at Boardwalk Porsche. Adrian Jacobs was a very knowledgeable salesperson and was always attentive to follow up matters. The whole team at Boardwalk seems to truly care about the buying experience and I would recommend you stop by and see them for your next Porsche! more

I really appreciated their attitude... 3/29/2011

I was in the market for a clean used '09 or newer Carrera S. I made a number of trips to Boardwalk to drive different cars they got in and at no time did I feel like my level of service was being compromised just because I kept coming to look and didn't end up buying. I really appreciated this attitude and I was thrilled when Adrian contacted me about a car that he was pretty sure was exactly what I was looking for. It turns out he was right and the trade-in of my GT-R for the 2009 Carrera S went smoothly. more
