They send 200 letters a year, bombarding your mailbox with nonsense and "refills" that you have to do. Basically you are subscribing to one of those "you have won a free stay at the Marriot" type of junk mail.
Then they close your tank for a tiny balance you had, which you never knew, because they send so much junkmail, you never take anything coming from them seriously. Then, in order to reconnect the tank, they charge you extra because the tank was disconnected a couple hours ago. They have to do "pressure test". Lady, the tank was just fine 2 hours ago, the tank is fine. There is no reasoning with the customer service, they woudn't give me a break in the "pressure test" (remember the tank was disconnected the same day) fee even though I have been with them for 4 years, never had an issue with payments or anything. AVOID PORCO AT ALL COST!
