Miserable customer experience. A very surly employee by the name of Jason begrudgingly waited on me. He plopped himself down in a chair, pulled out a form, weighed the jewelry, wrote the estimate and turned to form around to me telling me this is what he would give. No greeting, no information about the weight, the price, the process, etc. They may or may not have the best prices, but I was unwilling to stay and find out given his poor customer relations skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
