warranty honor....thank you 3/20/2012

Porcelain Miracle Inc. did my tub and tile on 2009. The job that they did are still pretty good. However, I have 3 children and they play in my tub. I called Eddie and told him my situation that my tub has been peeled because my kids bang things on it. He came and fixed my tub without charging me, although he said this is not part of the warranty. THANKS EDDIE. I write a comment about him because I think he deserves to have a complement about his work and he honor my warranty although it was my fault. i GAVE HIM CREDIT FOR THAT. He did a great job and as a matter of fact, I even recommend him to my neighbor. more

Run very fast from this company 2/7/2012

NEVER ever use this company. Many spots were missed when it was originally done,and in just a little over a year the bottom of our tub flaked up in 2 spots. After many calls...unanswered. I finally got a reply via email that said they no longer will honor the so called 10 year warranty. We did not violate any parts of the warranty policy. DO NOT use these people. They did not honor the warranty and therefore have no honor themselves. more

Excellent work done at my apartment 8/1/2011

I live in Astoria and got my tub refinish by eddie..I will give it to him, my tub was really awefull and he made that tub like a new one. It was an old blue color tub and i got it re paint on white color..OMG..it was so beautiful. I am so happy with the job and the service he gave me.I was not expected that it will look so amazing..Now, I can actually get to enjoy and relax in that tub. I highly recommended Porcelain Miracle to everybody..Actually I just got reffered too from my neighbor.. more

You didnt let the tub dry in 24 hrs which means you didnt follow the instructions.Therefore, the tub will definitely be ruined (negligent of the user). We did the tub over again with no charge.We don't use ""old paint"".""OLD PAINT IS DRY PAIN"". I fixed your tub because you did not follow the instruction. I always put pride on my every work. And you are trying to take food out of my table. I am honest trying to do honest work to support my family. Appointment broken because my wife gave birth. more

Terrible Job Bathtub Re-glazing 7/9/2011

The rating above should be less than EH. More like AARRRGGHH! I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Porcelain Miracle. They did not honor their 5 year guarantee. They did not do the job in an efficient manner--the first time they re-glazed my tub they used ""old paint"" (by their own admission), then re-glazed on top of the old paint. When they finally stripped and re-did the job, it lasted less than a year. They broke many appointments, for which I had to take time off from work. Because of their inefficiency I had to ask my tenants to refrain from bathing for several days. After paying them in full ($300) and in less than a year's time, I have to find another company to do the job. more
