Car Wash Boys Bad News! 3/13/2011

My wife and I bought three cars from them over the past six years. The third car (Purchased about 2 yrs ago) we were misled (in our opinion) by Dan the manager. Just make sure that you understand all of the information. I am not saying it is totally his fault as we are the one's responsible for making sure everything is what we thought before signing. \r \r I have had issues with the "boys" the company uses for car washes, they do it hap-hazardly and carelessly! Well today my wife and I noticed how "rough" sounding they were when using this long handled brush. We left and immediately went to a store. Nobody could park next to us at the location where we were. When we came out, my wife went to the back passenger side and that is when she noticed a HUGE mark above the back tire wheel (body actually not tire) with brush particles stuck to the car. I immediately called Dan- the manager, and explained. He tried to postpone lookin at the car until late of the next week, but convinced him more

Great Sales & Service 11/29/2010

Good Service, Poor Sales 2/26/2008

My wife purchased a used Montero about 4 years back. When she bought it, the salesman told it was a steal since it was a rental car before hand. My wife purchased the truck and a year later we noticed a crack in the paint on the trunk.\r No biggie, I thought. I took it to a local auto body shop and they looked at it, ran the VIN and told me that I would need to get a new tailgate because the truck had been involved in a major accident when it was a rental car. The guy at the auto body shop asked why I was so surprised because the dealer would have known about it before they bought it and resold it. Funny thing is that no one told my wife.\r \r The service department is fantastic. Adam does a great job of running the Department. My wife and I have never had a problem with any maintenance issues.\r \r If you are looking for a Mitsubishi, I probably would not go to Porcaro. more

Honesty-plus 2/4/2008

Even more than being honest, they look out for customers. When I called for new tires Josh sugtd I go online and have them shipped there to save me money. With a tiny gasket leak, I was informed of it, but also told honestly, "But if it were my car, I wouldn't attend to it yet because it's very minor.... Just something to keep an eye on." I've never encountered a dealer like this. Outstanding service. This is the only time I've had all my work done at a dealers. My next car will be a Mitsu, too. With 165,000 miles (2001 Spyder), I've had only minor work done. more

Wow ! 10/2/2007

I had my used vehicle service at this dealership on the request of the location in which I purchased it. The service department staff was the friendliest I have encountered. They were able to answer all questions, even though they did not sell my make of vehicle. more
