So far, at this Poquito Mas I've spotted the middle Hanson brother, Josh Lucas, and Josh Lucas's dog. Foodwise, I've had the enchiladas, been and cheese burrito, cobb salad, and chile pasilla plate.
I would say that the food was less exciting than Josh Lucas (I really enjoyed ""Sweet Home Alabama""), but more exciting than the brother Hanson (my Backstreet Boys loyalties run deep). I was ambivalent about Josh Lucas's dog, as s/he isn't famous. The chips are particularly exciting to me, as they serve as a vessel to drink salsa with. I usually get the textured black one and the bright red one with seeds. I don't know what they're called, but I'm they're both made with a mixture of chili peppers, tomatoes and magic.
This location sells Snapple Lemon Tea, which is nice because I really appreciate a good Snapple fact with my Mexican food. Here's a fact for you: on rainy days Poquito Mas gives away free soup. I would say that the soup isn't great enough for you to make a trip just to get it for free, but if you were planning on eating there anyway it's a pretty nice treat. You can always get free water though. It comes in a clear cup with a lid and everything. Places tend to skimp on lids with their free waters, and then you have to deal with floaty dust and debris in your water. Not here though.
