Great staff always get greeted with a smile, and even though there may be days were I'm stress out it feels good for some one to say.How are you is everything o.k and is there something I can help you with or even do you want to talk about it? I may not let them know directly my issues, there for it still feels good for some one to ask. No complains so far, great day care keep up the good work !!!! more

Thank you for going out of your way, in helping others this is a very caring daycare. Real caring people concern when children had a bad day, if they had ate always clean and available for any questions I had in mine.And going that extra mile.... thank you sooooo much Poppy's House. more

I have used this daycare for a year now and I wasn't sure at first because of the reviews of the place but because I like to see for myself we went ahead and checked it out. I found the daycare to be under going some changes, and a great front desk staff. The new director is more then willing to listen and understand your problems when they arise and is always there to work with you.Like every other daycare out there problems do happen its not really a thing anyone can change altogether. The Atmosphere is loving, every child I've crossed has had a smile on there face. The Caregivers are very nice and don't seem to have an attitude. The center as a whole is looking better since i first enrolled my 3 &1/2year old. I can honestly say I am happy with the care my child is getting. The rooms are full of laughter and smiles and I pick up my child at almost 6 o'clock you would expect bad attitudes and hateful grins but its the opposite. For the most part I feel like I made a good choice of daycare's. My only opinion to them would be More homework and activities on the walls. more

I have now had to pull my 10 year old daughter from Poppy's House because of the craziness that they have been going on.They don't keep a clean place for my child to sit,eat,or play. The management and owners have changed severeal times in the past 3 years so that can tell you something. They leave a sign on a wore out bus out front trying to lure people in but sorry these buses they use have no ac so when it is 100 degrees outside your child is being cooked in these busses...recently there was a teacher fired and rehired after hitting a child, like that is a good choice for the kids. Breakfast is a joke, your kids are gonna go hungry on what they feed them. All year they were picking kids up for tutoring after school now they have taken that away for the kids that are needing help, Poppys House is setting them up for failure from the start.Some of the staff are not to friendly with your children or you for matter of fact. The new owners have no care in the world for a parents concerns.Never will I recommend this place to my worse enemy more

My sister was excited to start taking her daughter to Poppy's house after all the great reviews. Our daughters are only 3 months apart in age and although I have a great daycare, I too began to look into Poppy's so that they could attend school together. It's hard for me to find time during the day to visit, so yes perhaps it was my fault for showing up unexpected but I voiced that from the start, ""I apologize for showing up at the end of the day. I know you are busy. Would it be alright for me to wait so I could get a quick look at what her classroom will look like, the cafeteria. or meet her teacher?"" I was addressed by the receptionist, I suppose. A young girl with no professional demeanor what so ever. ""uhh Yeah.. hold on, hold on, okayyy?"" She spoke to all of the parents this way. I also witnessed three children run out of the facility! She called for another teacher to go and get them because their parents had NOT signed them out! I saw two teachers standing around conversing about personal matters, so I politely asked if they could help me. They both looked at me like I was being outrageously rude, scoffed and said, ""Uh... someone will be with you.."" and walked off! I decided to wait a few more minutes until Finally the receptionist guided me into the next room and said, ""Ok, I can show you around now, I guess...."" And right after that she disappeared again. I have no idea where she went or for what but I didn't stick around to find out. My sister came home after the second day and called me to tell me that they only feed the children dry cereal for breakfast, and so far all of the lunches have been fried foods! Not only that but they serve lunch at 10:30 and expect the kids to nap at 11. This means if you don't pick your child up until 5:30 or 6:30 he/she will most likely be starving by then after going 7-8 hours without a significant meal. Her daughter was cranky due to the odd feeding and nap times. I think I'll stick with my daycare, and my niece will be attending next week as well. more

Ive been using this day care for over 6years I have two kids currently enrolled a 4 yr and 9 yr old...they love this daycare! Lots of activities for them to enjoy and friendly caring teachers...and if a bad apple comes along you can almost be certain that she will be taken care of. A+ Pros: happy fun enviroment more

This is really a great daycare, I have 3 kids that go here. The Director is on staff 5 days a week, the teachers are all really great. The infant room teachers are very nurturing and are really great with the babies. The 5 year old teacher is great, she really teaches the kids and prepares them for kindergarten. Also the school age have homework time, which is great if you get home late. They have plenty of activities and field trips when school is out on break. Overall I love this daycare, it's very competitive in price too. Pros: great staff, indoor and outdoor playground, learning acti Cons: Nap time for 5 year olds more
