Poplar Creek Bowl is a fairly large bowling alley with over 20 lanes. They offer many different types of leagues such as kid's, mixed, women's and men's. The alley is well ventilated with high ceilings, so if you don't like cigarette smoke, it's not very noticeable here like at many older bowling alleys. They have a reasonably priced snack bar and friendly attendants. During the summer they have bowling for around $1.00. Just call first to make sure there are open lanes. more

good time 8/11/2005

We went with about 15 people, it was a great time, and it always amazes me how cheap it is to spend a few hours there. The food does get a little pricey, but nothing out of this world. As with most bowling places, the quality of food is so-so...but the overal experience made me go back a few more times. No complaints here for something different to try. more

Bowling Lanes 7/17/2005

A lot of bowling lanes and there are usually always lanes open as long as there are no bowling leagues that have the place rented out. They also have 99 cent bowling during the summer months. You have to check to make sure that bowling leagues don't have the place rented. This bowling alley is one of the bigger ones around the Chicagoland area with over 20 lanes. more
